What is a Structural Shift?

In Healthcare, there are normal ranges to most bodily functions. This helps us to monitor our health. We all know there is a normal range to our body temperature and our blood pressure. We are able to find out quickly if those functions are out of range or abnormal. There is not one perfect structure. People are different sizes and shapes. There is, however, a normal range for structure.

At Premier Chiropractic, the primary condition we focus on is a Structural Shift caused by significant shifting of the spine away from normal alignment, affecting the spinal nerves and spinal cord associated with those structures. NeuroStructural Shift interferes with the body’s ability to carry out its vital functions within its normal range resulting in symptoms or what NeuroStructural Doctors refer to as Secondary Conditions.
