Dr. Evan has been using the Webster technique since 1998. The Webster Technique is a specific adjustment for pregnant women. The Webster Technique was formerly known as Webster's Breech Turning Technique or Webster's In-Utero Constraint Technique and was developed in 1978 by Dr. Larry Webster.
